How We Work

  • Awareness. Helping church leaders see barriers they didn't know were there, through consulting, training, and free resources.

  • Assessment. Auditing websites, media, and buildings, alongside trusted partners, to find what's in the way.

  • Action. Turning findings into a clear Roadmap to Inclusion and connecting churches with the right resources.

1 / The Foundation

  • Cross-Cultural Ministry: Years in cross-cultural ministry gave us a lifelong heart for sharing the Gospel and building inclusive Kingdom communities.

  • Skill Preparation: Along the way, we “fell into” the world of digital accessibility. Rebecca earned two professional certifications, and we both grew passionate about the field.

2 / The Build (Current)

  • Establishing the Mission: We have formalized Level the Paths as a Michigan 501(c)(3) on a nonstock, directorship basis to serve the Church without barriers.

  • Building Momentum: We are raising launch funding, building awareness among church leaders, and preparing our first church partnerships.

3 / The Vision

  • National Resource Hub: We see a future where we lead the way in providing the training and tools for every church to remove cultural, digital, and physical barriers.

  • A Movement of Welcome: We envision a world where every person, regardless of ability, can fully experience the love and community of Jesus Christ.
